Our Mission is to develop, implement, maintain, and
administer financial information systems which support
the business goals and significantly improve the
efficiency and effectiveness of all Administrative
Services divisions, as well as all departments throughout
the State.
Financial Data Management(FDM) provides support in four main areas:
Government Human Resource System (GHRS):
Supports the human resource management needs of the State of New Hampshire.
Maintains employee profile and history, leave accounting, payroll processing,
applicant tracking, position control and budget information, management reports,
integration with the Financial System, and software development and maintenance
of all the supporting systems.
Integrated Financial System (IFS):
Supports the financial management needs of the State of New Hampshire. Functions
including: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, encumbrance
and expenditure control, fund accounting, budgeting, budgetary and cost accounting,
cash management, detail and summary reporting, and software development and
maintenance of all the supporting systems.
Web Systems Administration & Development (WSAD):
Provide, improve, and expand Department Internet and Intranet applications
and information to better serve agency customers, employees, and the public.
Develop and support applications for Administrative Services centralized business
processes in the support of BPR and in the effort to provide e-Gov services.
Provide statewide access and support to the Financial and Human Resource Systems
information via the Data Warehouse assisting state agencies in decision-making,
trend analysis, auditing, and historical research.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP):
Provide support in the implementation of a new ERP system
and integration of the new ERP with ancillary applications to streamline business
processes, improve
operational efficiencies, and increase employee empowerment.
