Our Mission is to develop, implement, maintain, and administer financial information systems which support the business goals and significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all Administrative Services divisions, as well as all departments throughout the State.

Financial Data Management(FDM) provides support in the following areas:

NH Fundamental Improvements to Revitalize Systems/Services and Technology (NH FIRST):

Provides the application, configuration, and administration of the systems that support the human resources and financial management needs of the State of New Hampshire. Functions include: talent acquisition, maintenance of employee profile and history, time reporting, leave accounting, payroll processing, position control and budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger, encumbrance and expenditure control, inventory control including order entry and warehouse, fund accounting, budgeting, budgetary and cost accounting, cash management, management reporting, and application configuration and administration of all the supporting systems.

Web Systems Administration & Development (WSAD):

Provide, improve, and expand the Department of Administrative Services Internet and Intranet applications and information to better serve agency customers, employees, other state agencies, and the public.

Develop and support applications for the Department of Administrative Services centralized business processes in the support of Business Process Redesign (BPR) and LEAN, in the effort to provide e-Gov services.
