PROJECT INFORMATION

Pursuant to RSA 21:I:81-a, any Contractor on a Bureau of Public Works Design & Development project must provide a list of names and addresses of the CEO, CFO, other LLC principals, and each subcontractor to be used in the performance of the contract.  The Contractor shall also maintain a Subcontractor Master List identifying each subcontractor, which entity has hired each subcontractor, and which entity is providing Workers Compensation coverage for that subcontractor.  Below are links to individual Public Works project Subcontractor Master Lists giving all the above information.
