Current Requests for Interest and Qualifications
Below is a list of projects for which the
Consultant Selection Committee is seeking Qualifications-based contracts. Those Consultant Firms interested in being considered for selection must submit
five copies of a Letter of Interest
and Qualifications (LOIQ) prior to the indicated deadline.
LOIQ's should include a 1 page statement of interest stating the
project(s) for which the Consultant would provide services and an
additional one-to-three page statement of qualifications including
applicable experience. LOIQ's shall not exceed a total
of four pages. Pages shall be 81/2" x 11"
and numbered. Please do not attach brochures to LOIQ. Consultant firms must submit a separate
LOIQ for each project in which they are interested. Mail LOIQ to: Mark T

Hazen Drive, Room 250, Concord, NH 03302-0483.

The
New Hampshire Department of Administrative
Services plans to retain on-call, up to five (5)
architectural firms, each with at least one
Professional Architect registered in the State
of New Hampshire.
These firms shall perform professional
services for design, preparation of construction
documents, coordination with other professional
disciplines, construction administration, and
on-site observation for various projects. Types
of services required may include a complete
design or any combination of the following for
both new and existing facilities, for example:
ADA,
life safety and energy improvements; building
additions; building renovations; new finishes;
office layouts; and re-roofing.
Each
agreement will have a not-to-exceed amount of
$300,000 for a period of three years.
The
services to be provided will be on an as-needed
basis.
Quick execution of the work by the
Consultant may be required.

following for both new and existing facilities,
for example:

buildings; building additions, building
renovations; or complete, stand-alone mechanical
engineering projects.
Each agreement will have a not-to-exceed amount
of $300,000 for a period of three years.
The services to be provided will be on an

abatement, construction administration, and
on-site observation for various projects.
Types of services required may include a
complete design or any combination of the
following for both new and existing facilities,
for example:
Elements
of site development design.
Work could include design of access
roads/drives, parking areas, drainage, septic,
utilities, and environmental permitting.
Elements of structural design for
buildings and parking garages.
Each agreement will have
a not-to-exceed amount of $300,000 for a period
of three years.
The services to be provided will be on an
as-needed basis.

Public
Works Design & Construction (BPW) is
actively seeking an Architectural and
Engineering Consultant Team (A/E Team) for the
above reference project.
At this time, the Department is
soliciting companies’ interest and
qualifications to provide design and
construction administration services, and to
work in coordination with a construction manager
to be selected by the Department at a later
date.
Selections will be based on experience
and general qualifications to undertake a
project of this size and scope and as outlined
in the document below.
Included
in the document below are the major design
considerations, scheduling constraints for the
project, as known at this time, and instructions
for the letters of interest and qualifications.
