Consultant Selection - Public Works Current Requests for Interest and Qualifications

Below is a list of projects for which the Consultant Selection Committee is seeking Qualifications-based contracts.  Those Consultant Firms interested in being considered for selection must submit five copies of a Letter of Interest and Qualifications (LOIQ) prior to the indicated deadline. LOIQ's should include a 1 page statement of interest stating the project(s) for which the Consultant would provide services and an additional one-to-three page statement of qualifications including applicable experience.  LOIQ's shall not exceed a total of four pages.  Pages shall be 81/2" x 11" and numbered.  Please do not attach brochures to LOIQ.  Consultant firms must submit a separate LOIQ for each project in which they are interested.  Mail LOIQ to:  Mark T Nogueira, Administrator, Bureau of Public Works, Design and Construction, PO Box 483, John O Morton Building, 7 Hazen Drive, Room 250, Concord, NH  03302-0483.

Project: Facilities Analysis and Sustainment Plan

Scope of Work: The New Hampshire Dept of Administrative Services plans to retain architectural and engineering services to develop a statewide detailed facility analysis for the New Hampshire Adjutant General Department to identify the following:  condition of facilities; short and long term maintenance items with associated schedules; comprehensive energy review/audits at each facility; complete code analysis of each facility; and recommendations and associated costs for upgrades, priorities, and cost of "not doing the work"; life cycle cost analysis of all work; staffing levels and organizational structures required to maintain current facilities.

The immediate funding available for this project is $375,000.00.  There is a possibility of an additional $200,000.00 in funding which may become available in the near future.
